Naneco is a forerunner in providing color digitalization solutions. To create NanoPigmenta, we design the physical structure of materials with different chemical compositions (inorganic, organic or metal) in the micro- and nano-scale by using intelligent algorithms, and rearrange them with novel manufacturing processes, so as to control visible light and realize different colors featuring various functions. Many factors are considered in the material selections and structural color designs, such as temperature tolerance, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic compatibility, acid/alkali resistance, light transmittance, edibility, stability, etc., thus achieving the unique functionality and engineering applicability of the color pigment products. They can be efficiently designed, repeated and delivered in a digital way. The manufacturing of nanostructural color pigments is a complex process including multiple steps, such as vacuum coating, fine chemical engineering, nano-fabrication, optical control, ultrafine grinding, and other high-precision techniques.
